I got to the gun show at 6:15 is and I thought I'd be an early bird, Boy was I wrong !.
There was a line like a half mile long, thousands of people and it was a long wait (9am doors opened).

Once inside I picked up a buffer tube, buffer spring and a heavy buffer (5 oz).

I met John At the Fine FireArms booth. That was rad, can't wait to fight again and represent SCH and Fine Firearms. Wish we had more time to sit around and chat but people were flooding in and I had a time limit.

Line's at the ammo booth's were unreal. I thought for sure there would be more of a police presence, I didn't see but more then 4 pairs... I'm sure the ATF were crawling in there undercover.

All in all a decent day , I got what I needed and put a name to a face in person ( John )

All in all a good day at the show

It's really hard to get in to any of the gun shows with the insanity going on right now. Luckily i get the hook up with a vendors band and can get in early to look around and buy some stuff!

Just got home. It was a very busy show. I spoke with a lot of people throughout the weekend and lines to get in and to buy ammo and reloading supplies were ridiculous.

It was nice meeting Brandon and some of the other members though. For us there was some fun but it was a tremendous amount of work. I still find it mind boggling how much money continues to be spent on firearm related products. ???

Yea I agree, our nation is pretty paranoid right now, the ammo thing has gotten silly. I had to limit my rim fire shooting today trying to get the squirrels out my planted field before they tear it up because I don't have a lot and I don't hoard ammo and am running out. Everyone needs to relax they aren't going to take our guns or ammo away, it's in the constitution..

It was ridiculous. I waited in traffic for an hour to park only to find that there was a 2 hour line to buy a ticket and a 2 hour line to get in. No way was I waiting 4 hours to but some ammo. Cut my losses and left. Went shooting instead.

My friends and I purchased our tickets online, and showed up an hour and a quarter early. The staff was completely unprepared and disorganized in how they queued the lines, and a lot of people were fuming. I just wanted clarity. I really didn't think there would be anything left by the time we got in, but I was blown away by how many magazines and uppers were available. Not rock-bottom prices, but I didn't feel violated. I passed on those sales that were significantly higher than what I wanted to pay.

I picked up 2 10-rd AR15 mags (ok price), a shotgun barrel (very good price), a shotgun magazine extension (normal price), SKS fixed box mag (good price, if you factor in internet shipping, etc.), some stripper clips for 7.62x39, and a case for an AR (ok price).

Overall, I'm glad I didn't leave before checking it out.

Nice seeing you there NBK. I ended up buying a holster and belt for my Vaquero. I too got in with vendor hours and shopped before the crowd.

It was great to see you Huntndogs. Glad you always stop by to visit me... :)

i was out of town, but i sent someone for me and they got me what i needed. he did tell me how crowded it was though. :)
