Lungpopper did inspire me! I even picked up potato buns, but used American cheese. The meat was a mix of 85% elk meat 15% Jimmy Dean hot breakfast sausage. The burger was topped with New Mexico Hatch green chilis and oven roasted maple bacon. All washed down with a 16 oz Stone "Fear Movie Lions" Double IPA.
