That's good to know. I skinned the buck all the way back to the hind legs and I was concerned it would have enough hide. But I did see some mounts that had the tail and made wish I would have just kept everything.

How much hide is needed? I'm sure if you could get the whole hide would be better but what would a minimum required to make it look decent?
