I think they have some issues. Last year I never got my D19 tag, had to go in to the office to get it. This year they didn’t send my D16 tag with my license. A buddy had the same issue.

You can print a fishing license yourself and use it, should be the same for a hunting license?

Definitely printout the downloadable PDF so you don't get in trouble.
