Hello,

I noticed no one rarely posts anything on D19, so i decided to make a progress topic on D19.

1 month ago I discovered an area where I seen massive amounts of tracks, droppings and nesting areas, walking distance from the road is about 3-4 miles in and very rough. I went on the opener and seen nothing but other hunters that were around the same area :(. I will be going out to d19 tomorrow again.

Well if you saw sign of deer, find the water source. Hunt around the water source and you will find deer. Opener always sees a lot of pressure. Keep at it, goodluck!

In the high pressure areas, deer in general and a especially bucks will head for the thickest, gnarliest stuff they can find.......The rut and week-days are your friend.......Good luck.
