Tonight's table fare was amazing.
Spicy Indian style prepared lentils with red beans and wild pig Bratwurst browned and then steamed in New Belgium Fat Tire Ale. Garnished with extra sharp cheddar cheese, coarsely chopped brown onion and (as my dear friend Fred would say) spoiled dairy product.
And all washed down with a delicious Ballast Point "Unfiltered Sculpin" in a very frosty pint glass!
Life doesn't suck...
