So contrary to my moniker "Wister Junkie", I did not hunt Wister at all this year. Did one hunt for snows with Danny Moss, but we blanked. Could of had one, but would of had to muzzleblast my 3 year old and since I still like him I decided not to shoot. Lol. My dad and I shot these 3 mallards jumpshooting a pond while elk hunting in Utah and it is the only dicks I shot all year. 
Over the past years I've traded waterfowl hunting for big game hunting. Probably a combo of my obsession with elk and the older I get the less I want to stay up all night to hunt ducks. Planning for this year I should draw a Wyoming Elk tag and am probably gonna try to plan to get more waterfowling in . Kinda miss it. Hope everyone has a good offseason!
