    Need Help - case neck bump after firing

    All of my once fired brass have an identical marking on the case neck. Same mark between hand loads & factory ammo. I'm guessing there's a groove in my chamber that the brass expands into. Do I need to worry when relaoding my brass? Rifle is a savage axis 308. Thank you.
