The gps should work no matter what without coverage, however, if you have no cell coverage, how do you end up with a basemap? Would the samsung phones you're talking about come preloaded with maps all over the world? That seems unlikely. I'll have to look in to it.

I use masking tape. The bullet is not affected because the gasses blow the tape off before the bullet gets to it.

I've found the best benefit comes from adding NuFinish to my tumbler. This helps resizing go so much smoother. Still have to lube them, but it makes a difference.
