Hi guys. I got drawn for mendota this sat and I've never been. Just trying to find some pointers before I go. I haven't been able to find out much. I know line starts moving at 3am. I can only take 1 friend. And that's about it. Anybody have tips, pointers for a mendota newb.

Bummer just found out big zero for me. Last year I didn't get drawn once. I hope that changes this year. I put in all Saturdays for wister, San j, modesto, and Los banos. Well now I gotta figure out what to do for opener!!!

If I had to paint decoys from my one year experience I would paint them like coots. Easy all black. But I would have some wigeon an pintail also.

Wow that's crazy man. Would you have been able to tell that spoonie had that disease if you plucked him. I have plucked to the last few birds I've had and I have no idea what the meat looked like under the skin. Maby I got to change my ways
