Yup, anything in any of those three zones means you get to hunt all three. As far as carrying regs, if you have OnX, that's usually good enough for rangers/wardens. I believe many of them have it also

I have a trip scheduled out of San Diego/Coronado Islands next month. Yellowtail and hopefully tuna. Hoping to get in at least one or two more before November

Have a good friend who invited me onto his boat for a 5-day trip out of Channel Islands. Socked it to them pretty good. Rock fish the first day, then all WSB and halibut. Tried to find yellowtail, but just didn't see them, so stuck with the halibut. .

A friend of mine got D11. Before I got my A32 tag, I went and scouted D11, since I live in Santa Clarita. It would be nice as it's in my backyard. But when I scouted near me, access was iffy, so I realized, I'd spend as much time driving/hiking in D11, as it would take me to do A32, IMO. But...

Another question for the masses. If I have a general rifle tag for a So Cal D zone, can I use that tag, i.e., D19, and use it for archery season (AO in Sept.) to bow hunt in D19? As long as I use a bow, in the zone of my general tag, is that okay?

I already have smaller gear. Torium 16 and 20 on Trevala and Teramar rods, and a Penn Battle on a longer rod. I ended up with the SM25, in a Terez extra heavy. It's just gonna be my tuna rod, or other big boy fish.

Anyone running this reel? Thinking of getting one with a heavier rod for blue fin, down off San Diego. My current set ups are more medium/medium-heavy (Torium 20; Penn Battle) with braid and 40 lb mono. Would like something that can handle BFT up to 150-175 lb. If you do have a speedmaster 25...

got an A32 tag. never been but figured an either sex tag means i should be able to put meat in the freezer. was thinking of ojai valley, where the 2017 thomas fire was. figure burn zone. any info on general areas would be appreciated, i.e., i'm assuming off grid camping ok since it's LPNF...

Thanks IVhunter...but I'm aware of the regs. However, OP stated, "My wife will have a A31 archery only either sex tag". Not sure if that meant his wife already received her draw results and he was just waiting to receive the hard tag. I'm checking every day and mine are still pending....
