Truly amazing video.
I guess I need to get out on down a few more coyotes in the off season to make sure the deer herds in our D16 area have a better chance of survival.
Of course, the existence of those "Big Kitties" in our area can't be helping the deer herds either. Darn Cats!
Great buck! :)
Man O' man... seeing all these buck photos is making me crazy with buck fever!! :o
I too would be out everyday if it wasn't for work. Unfortunately, without work I wouldn't be able to afford this hobby/sport. :(
I wish you success, and admire you willingness to put the effort into going with a bum toe.
I know what it is like to hunt in pain myself. Pretty much from the moment I start until I'm back in the truck my feet are in pain (and unfortunately those aren't the only things that hurt :( ).

I own a red LED light from Sniper Hog Lights. It is great and very bright compared to some others I've seen. My buddy has a green Wicked Light and it is super nice too. Both are very bright and shine a good distance out there.

Congratulations to your dad on bringing home that buck! You all are gonna have one full freezer when the season is done. I'm jealous (but a good jealous). ;)
Nice way to manage the gene pool by taking that buck. I sounds like you have more deer in your area than we have down our way in the San Diego area. Way to go! :)

I'll be hunting D16 with a rifle too. :)
I've scouted not only the lower CNF but also quite a few other areas. I can tell you that last year I spotted allot of deer in some areas (does with yearling fawns, not bucks), but this year I haven't spotted any in either location. I've seen deer...
