I always loved my wife's chili recipie. Never new I could enjoy it more with ground venison. Amazing! Pair it with some homemade cornbread and we got a winner
we caught a lot of fish. At one point on rush creek, north of hwy 395, i caught 15 browns and rainbows in the span of about 30 mins. Twice i had 4 fish in a row on 4 casts. Rush creek was poppin off when we were there. This trip was by far the best quality fishing i've ever had up there. it was fun!

I read that the s.o.s. is for longer than usual draw lengths and is supposed to delay the drop so the arrow is stabilized for a couple milliseconds longer. I shoot the red.
Anyone use a retractable tether for their rangefinder? I was looking at the one offered by Nikon online, but was wondering how quiet it was and how functional. I hate just having it in my pocket because when you need it in an instant, its a pain to get out of there. Any other recommended brands?
Just thought i'd throw up a few pics of a trip that my dad and i took up to the sierras last june. We were able to get down into devils postpile and hit the san juaqin before they let campers down there. It was a ghost town, with the fishing being insane!
