    San Bernardino National Forest

I've been trying to get info on this zone for a few months now also. Been looking on google earth for trails and roads. A lot of towns and houses up there so it's hard to tell where is legal for rifle and archery. Every time I try to go to the forestry office to get any info they basically don't...

Beyond excited to get out and just be in the woods again!! Any D11/A31 hunters out there have any good scouting success? How do...

Exchanging my D11 for a D14 is tempting this year. Just not sure where to go around the hwy 18. I live 1 mile from the San Bernardino national forest and hwy 18. Was going to swing by the sbnf office and pick up a map and see if the have any info. If any of you can divulge some info on where to...

    D11, D14, D15, D19

Everybody will have their own opinions on where to look for nice deer. One pointer that someone gave me in the past is if you look at an area and think there can't be deer in there, there usually is. Lol Areas like that are worth setting up trail cams just to see what's in there. Like everybody...

Two seasons ago I shot a small Forky up on top above Vincent gulch mine. I believe thats Baden Powell mountain. (Correct me if I'm wrong). So I don't believe that's too high for deer even though I saw an Ewe "female bighorn". Buck was feeding at 11:30am in some Manzanita brush. Elevation is...

    New house!!

I've been hunting D11 the last 10 years and I'm hunting A31 again this year. However just bought this house and it's 1 mile from the San Bernardino National Forest, so looks like next year will be D14.. Now I just need to harvest a deer this year so I can mount it and put it above my fireplace.

    Lytle creek??

How do you get to those creeks going into silverwood?
  18. Shmee22

    Lytle creek??

Well I'm trying to contact the trout hatchery that stocks that counties streams and lakes. Would be really cool to do some fly fishing in that area cause it's 45 minutes from my house. Hopefully it's true.

    Lytle creek??

That is weird. It does say they stocked it.... Must be a typo lol

    Lytle creek??

Anybody ever trout fish in Lytle creek? I mean not just throw trout tackle in the water but actually catch trout. [emoji57] I know they don't stock it anymore but are there any wild natural spawned trout? I'd love to do some fly fishing there
