I've hunted chukar north/west of Red Mtn with good success some years and never ran into big groups of hunters. Also hunted out of Dagget but its been few years.

I saw a dead coyote on the 405fwy the other day between 22/605fwy.

All too familier with that. Lol. If I could hunt elk in the rut every year whether it be bow or rifle I would be stoked. Most of my hunting seems to be coyotes but that hasn't happened in a few months either. :'(

Where you fishing? I was just talking to a guy that says he fishes a stream a lot up there with his fly rod. I didn't know of any good stream fishing in the area.

I thought about trying for a sponsorship with Wac Em's but then realized I have nothing to offer them. I like their broadheads though.

The place is pretty new and they are getting better with the archery department. My dad and brother spend a lot of time there, they both work there sometimes if they need help.

I was out there Saturday morning sighting in my 40-90yrd pins.

I'm not bad mouthing any of the Pro Staffers on here but I know a few people who have sponsors and I would say sometimes all it takes is a good bs'r. Not that that is a bad thing cause it sometimes benefits me.

A buddy of mine is camping at the Kern this week and says it is HOT!!!! We caught a lot of crawfish a couple nights while I was in June Lk a few weeks ago and my boys ate them. I haven't done that in years and had a blast.
