I have to say you guys did well , I have been fishing at Castaic , and its still slow on the large mouth . The lake seems to drops about 1 to 2 feet a day , and one day it dropped almost 3 feet .

I had a experience , A land owner was claiming that we were trespassing , My buddy had ONX . ONX was showing us a passage in between two property's , we didn't argue ,just said sorry and left . The gentleman said , what ever we were looking at was incorrect and we should go . So how close...

Love it , your story makes me feel like I was there . I have been on a few trips , I had a blast but never got any , I'm a optimist so my day is ahead .

If your town has more than 1000 people living there . ONE will be a nut !!! My Grandfather used to say that . It looked to me that the school did not have much of a fence to secure the area . Last tme I voted at the local school , and it was a very secure place .

Thats good news I always wanted to go there .

Albert a buddy from Nevada made the trip with me to Castaic lake Sunday . We Hooked 15 good ones lost 3 at the boat , and boated 12 . We left the lake at 1.30 pm since he had a long drive home monday , not to mention a mess of fish to clean .

Hit Castaic Saturday . The convicts Have a new safe house and the Striper fleet was looking for it . We found them at 3 PM , fished them to 6.15 PM and left them biting . We boated 6 , one was lost at the boat . And two super fish broke my buddy and I off . .

Early march we made 2 trips there for LM bass , it was very slow , after a slow morning we decided to troll for some S/Bass , and that was slow as well . All the L/M bass guys had the same report . Even yesterday at the lake it was the same report . Now in our travels on the lake we noticed...
