Cook it like chicken, just not as long, it’s great eats, just gut them right after shooting and get them cooled as soon as possible. Also soak them in the refer in salt water over night, also stew them on low heat with potatoes, onions and carrots for about 1/12 hrs

    Little buck

Fishing SV yesterday I saw a nice little buck with about 8” horns, trolling motored right up close to him on the bank, he didn’t even care if I was there, first one I’ve seen this year. They don’t seem to be afraid of some thing in the water, I guess being they don’t have any natural enemy’s out...

    throwback

Nice bunch of fish, I don’t think that’s possible in today’s lakes though. The numbers are still there, I fished EC last Mon and put 32 fish on the boat. 10 over 3#s except for a few dink’s the rest were between 1 1/2 to 3#s. Best bite in a while. The fish were on the bank. All on a jointed Rapala

    Fletching jig

I have never tried it with one fletch but there’s no reason you can’t just use good glue and clean every thing good with acetone. It’s sort of self satisfying to due it your self

    Fletching jig

I use a Bitzenburger now also have an EZ Fletch. The B is around $115 and the ez is $60. I like the bitzenburger a lot. I don’t know how often you fletch arrows but the Bow and Arrow shop does them pretty cheep. I just like to do my own. If you live in east county I’ll sell the EZ Fletch for $30
