Yeah looks like a pain in the ass. I have one of the big action wrenches like in this video but not the SAC wrench or barrel vise. You’re welcome to borrow it.

 
They are very tough to take off. You will need a barrel vice, barrel shims and powdered sugar to do it.
 
Fine Firearms does them all the time. Head over there. I was there last Friday and watched them pull one off a Tikka. They use a 4' cheater stick. And it is still difficult.
